James Hyde
James started one of the fastest growing businesses in the UK and took it globally, winning multiple awards along the way. In 2021 - his mission completed - he stepped back as CEO. He has worked with Angel Investors and Private Equity, managed a deal process, but also grown a business organically on a bootstrap.
Having taken a step back from the business, James is now using his experience to help other fast growth SMEs, founders and entrepreneurs with their own journeys; whether that be in personal mentoring and coaching, as a non-exec adviser, or working across the entire executive team to increase performance and ensure the right corporate structures are in place towards exit.
