I'm James Hyde, an award-winning founder and former CEO of a multi-million pound Fast Track 100 company, and now a non-exec director and business advisor. My entrepreneurial journey began in 2010 in a dusty Cambridgeshire warehouse. Armed with a vision, we set out to revolutionise e-commerce fulfilment. Our relentless drive for innovation to drag a legacy industry kicking and screaming into a cloud-based future propelled us to rapid growth, earning multiple spots in The Sunday Times Fast Track 100 and expanding our reach internationally. But my journey isn’t just about business success; it's about the evolution of my leadership and challenging myself, others and my company to continually find ways to improve.
